We are committed to quality, not only in our glasses but also in our services. We are keen on making sure our customers experience a high standard of professionality when getting a free eye test, buying eyeglasses or coming for maintenance services.
Visit our stores
In our GoodVisionStores you can consult one of our GoodVisionOpticians. All our stores are open Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm and Sat 8am to noon. Come get your eyes tested for free and buy your new GoodVisionGlasses. Find out where the nearest GoodVisionStore is located.
Book us for an outreach
Would you like us to carry out a customized outreach at your company, church or institution? We are currently offering this possibility to groups of at least 50 people in the following Districts: Lilongwe & Salima District, Blantyre & Zomba District. Get in touch and find out more about conditions. It is a great possibility to provide added value to your employees or parish members. We are partners with MASM and Horizon Health.
Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on our frames. All damages based on manufacturing flaws will be repaired or result in a replacement. Also, should you not be content with the prescription we gave you, GoodVisionOpticians will replace the lenses with the prescription to correct vision free of charge. You must come to us within two weeks of purchase. Please always bring your receipt for warranty claims.
Repair services
Should you break a lens or damage your frame, please come to us for easy, fast and low-cost repair services.
